Iris has 25 years of expertise in the fields of experiential and environmental design. She manages all project phases from design through construction Iris's experience in managing the creative story and project objective requirements has consistently produced inspired, powerful results for our clients and their guests.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

Tony is a designer with vast experience in the conceptualization, implementation, and management of major experiential projects. His past tenures include Walt Disney Imagineering, Charles Moore Architects and Woodbury University School of Architecture where he received a “teacher of the year” nomination.

CREATIVE CONTENT & GRAPHICS

Pam held senior creative roles for several large ad agencies before deciding to pursue her own independent efforts and partnering with OLE. She develops marketing, planning and creative services, while establishing strong relations with executive teams. Her branding efforts and content development have lead to effective creative solutions through graphics, video, and social media.

CREATIVE PROJECT MANAGER

Alison’s MBA degree and healthcare background guide her strong belief in evidence-based decision-making while maintaining a wide-lensed, strategic view of how to deliver organizational value. Alison's experience across the design involves managing space programming and facilities master planning for hospitals and health systems.
